Book an Appointment
Kristi is currently only accepting new MOT clients and has closed her books for new massage clients for the time being. New clients are welcome to book with Kristen!
Manual Osteopathic Therapy (MOT) can be billed to most insurance companies. (Please note that Canada Life and Edmonton Pipe Industry do not accept MOT claims). Currently, direct billing is not accepted for MOT, but will be available soon depending on your provider. An update will be provided here once direct billing is available. Until then, you can submit your receipts to your provider for reimbursement. Please check with your provider if coverage is available.
Please bring comfortable clothing to your MOT appointment (no jeans!).
Thank you to everyone for booking! I appreciate all of your support and look forward to expanding your wellness journey with new modalities.

Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage uses deep tissue and sports massage techniques to treat chronic muscle tension and help with injury recovery. Your therapist may use a variety of techniques and modalities to aid in your recovery, restore range of motion and decrease pain (ex. hot stones, cupping therapy, deep tissue techniques, PNF stretching, etc). This is a great option for those who enjoy a deeper pressure, have chronic muscle tension, aches/pains, previous injuries and are looking to restore range of motion. Some discomfort may be expected with this treatment.
Manual Osteopathic Therapy
Manual Osteopathic Therapy is a comprehensive, hands-on approach that integrates various techniques like CranioSacral Therapy, Osteoarticulations, Myofascial Therapy, and Visceral Manipulation. These therapies work together to restore balance within the body. By focusing on the body's fascia, joints, internal organs, and fluid flow, this holistic treatment promotes healing, reduces pain, and enhances overall function, offering a gentle approach for better health and well-being.
CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on treatment that focuses on the movement of the skull, sacrum, and cerebrospinal fluid . By using light touch, this therapy helps to release restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the Central Nervous System, promoting relaxation, improving circulation, and supporting the body’s natural healing processes. CranioSacral Therapy offers a calming and non-invasive approach to improve overall well-being.
Graston Technique® / IASTM Massage
Faster recovery. Less treatment time. Live pain free.
Graston Technique (GT) therapy is a form of IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) therapy. It is used to treat all soft tissue conditions, whether they are chronic, acute or post-surgical. GT therapy uses patented stainless steel instruments and specific techniques to restore range of motion, eliminate pain, and restore normal function. When GT therapy is used in conjunction with stretching and strengthening exercises we see the best results.
GT therapy is offered as a stand alone treatment in 30 minute appointments or can be used in addition to your massage appointment when booked as a GT/IASTM Massage.
Please bring sports clothing when booking this session (shorts and a tank top or sports bra).
Relaxation Massage
Relaxation or Swedish massage is for those who want to completely decompress and unwind. Using a lighter pressure with long gliding strokes can help calm the nervous system, promote circulation and relieve muscle tension. Hot stones may be used to help ease muscle tension. This is a great option for those who want to treat themselves, de-stress, and enjoy a lighter pressure without discomfort during their treatment.
TMJ Massage
While this treatment is intended for people who are suffering from temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction/disorder, it is also a great treatment option for those who suffer from headaches and migraines, anxiety, stress and chronic clenchers. TMJ massage includes intra-oral massage techniques to work on the muscles inside of the mouth, surrounding the temporomandibular joints as well as addressing them from the outside. TMJD often also presents with pain in the neck and shoulders, so your therapist will address these structures to treat the area as a whole.
Your therapist may use a variety of modalities in this treatment (ex. intra-oral massage, myofascial release/cupping, hot/cold therapy, percussive therapy, stretching, etc.)
